Shipping Policy

1. Overview

All orders for HORSE and other Tyrant Publishing titles are processed manually through direct invoice and email correspondence. This allows us to offer flexible shipping options and competitive wholesale rates for bookshops, distributors, and partners.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

  • United Kingdom

  • European Union / EEA

  • Rest of World (subject to courier availability and customs regulations)

If your country is not listed, please contact us to discuss delivery options.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise agreed. Larger or custom orders may require additional time for printing and packaging.

We will confirm expected dispatch and delivery dates when sending your invoice.

4. Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • UK: 2–4 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days (depending on location and customs clearance)

Delays may occur during peak seasons, postal strikes, or due to customs procedures.

5. Shipping Methods

  • UK orders: Royal Mail or DPD tracked delivery

  • EU orders: PostNord or DHL tracked delivery

  • International orders: DHL, UPS, or another tracked courier service

Tracking information is provided when available.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on order quantity, weight, and destination.
Estimated guidelines:

  • UK: from £12, free shipping on orders over £200

  • EU: from €18, free shipping on orders over €250

  • Rest of World: from £25, depending on region

Final shipping costs are confirmed on your invoice before payment.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country’s authorities. These are not included in the invoice unless otherwise specified.

8. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact theo@tyrantfilms.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will replace or refund the affected items as appropriate.

9. Returns

We accept returns for damaged or defective books only. All claims must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Sale-or-return terms may be arranged for approved retail partners by prior agreement.
