1. Overview
Tyrant Publishing handles all wholesale and direct orders for HORSE and other titles with care and attention.
Because orders are processed manually and printed in limited batches, refunds are generally only issued for damaged or defective items, or in cases of shipping errors caused by us or our couriers.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or contains missing items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

Description and photos of the damage or issue

The quantity affected

We will either:

Replace the affected copies, or

Issue a refund or credit note for the value of the damaged items.
3. Incorrect or Lost Shipments
If you receive the wrong shipment or your order is lost in transit, please notify us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier and either resend or refund your order depending on availability and your preference.
4. Returns (Change of Mind)
Since all wholesale orders are printed to order and sold at trade discount, we do not accept returns for change of mind or overstock.
Sale-or-return agreements can be arranged in advance with approved partners only.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued via the same method used for payment — typically bank transfer or Stripe refund.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation.
