Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all wholesale purchases of HORSE and other titles from Tyrant Publishing (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order via email, invoice, or any written agreement, you (“the Customer”) agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

Wholesale orders are available to:

  • Registered bookshops, distributors, and retailers

  • Libraries, educational institutions, and event organizers

  • Approved resellers and promotional partners

Private individual sales are handled separately through retail channels (e.g., Amazon or local shops).

3. Orders & Invoicing

Orders are placed by email at theo@tyrantfilms.com.
Each order must include:

  • Company name and contact details

  • Quantity of books required

  • Shipping address and VAT/company number (if applicable)

Once confirmed, Tyrant Publishing will issue a pro-forma invoice or standard invoice by email, including product, shipping, and payment details.

4. Pricing & Discounts

Wholesale pricing for HORSE is as follows:

  • 10–49 copies: £6.50 per unit (approx. 50% off RRP)

  • 50–199 copies: £5.85 per unit (approx. 55% off RRP)

  • 200+ copies: £5.20 per unit (approx. 60% off RRP)

All prices are listed in GBP (£), unless otherwise stated. EU or SEK invoices are available upon request.

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed invoices will always honour the quoted price.

5. Payment Terms

  • New customers: Payment in advance (pro-forma invoice)

  • Established accounts: 30-day payment terms (by agreement)

  • Accepted methods: bank transfer or Stripe payment link

  • Payment is considered complete once funds are received in full.

Late payments may incur administrative charges or delay future deliveries.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.
Delivery methods:

  • UK: Royal Mail or DPD (tracked)

  • EU: PostNord or DHL (tracked)

  • Rest of World: DHL, UPS, or similar tracked courier

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 2–4 business days

  • EU: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Shipping costs are confirmed on each invoice. Free shipping thresholds apply (UK £200+, EU €250+).

Tyrant Publishing is not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen events beyond

our control.

7. Customs & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. These are not included in the invoice unless otherwise stated.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted for damaged or defective books only. Claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of delivery.
We may offer replacements or credits at our discretion.
Sale-or-return arrangements are available only through prior written agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, and text related to HORSE are the intellectual property of Theo Hogben and Tyrant Publishing.
Reproduction or distribution of any content, except for promotional use with permission, is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tyrant Publishing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Data Protection

We handle personal data in compliance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Sweden and the United Kingdom, depending on the transaction origin.
Any disputes will be handled in the nearest appropriate jurisdiction to Tyrant Publishing’s registered

operations.
